B: So awfully busy that I don't know which way to turn.

目が回る / Me ga mawaru:
literally means "the eyes are turning" and means "to feel dizzy". It is naturally used when one actually feels dizzy - in a situation such as climbing up to a very high place. Interestingly, it is also often used to describe the condition when one is very busy. Why don't you have a break when your eyes start turning!?
